BTE Link for Remote Help
We are using LogMeIn RescueAssist to do our remote sessions
1) Click the link to start the remote session
-Link to Start Session
2) Please Enter your name
3) Please Enter the Support Key
-You will get a support key over the phone
4) Click Continue to start the remote session
5) Once you hit "Continue" you will see a message asking for "Download Application" this will start the download of the RescueAssist Support.
6) Then Please Click on the downloaded program to start the session
7) The Remote Support Session will begin shortly
